How do I select the products that I wish to purchase?
Click on Add to Cart to save the item to your online shopping cart.

How do I complete my purchase?
Once you have put in your cart all the items that you desire, click on "Checkout."
This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your billing and shipping information.
After completing this information, click the "Submit" button. A final total cost for your order
will be displayed that includes shipping, handling and sales tax, if applicable.
Click Checkout to confirm your acceptance and to process the transaction.
Your credit card will be automatically processed online at this time.

When will my items ship?
For in-stock items, within two business days.

Is there a shipping and handling charge on products?
Yes, except in the case of the autoship programs in which shipping and handling costs are waived.
Shipping is automatically calculated when you order.

Can I check the status of my shipment online?
Yes! Just set up and use your webstore account, which requires an email
address and password that you create. Then you'll be able to access your
order information online at any time, including package-tracking information.
